Welcome to Richland Care Center
Richland Care Center is a skilled nursing facility situated in a peaceful rural community between Osage Beach and Lebanon. We have been providing skilled nursing care for over 50 years. Unlike many other facilities, we are a non-profit facility governed by a 12-member board of directors. Because we’re a non-profit, we’re able to provide our residents with quality, compassionate care unmotivated by profit margins.
We are Medicare and Medicaid certified. We offer a number of skilled services on-site, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and dental services, and we maintain licensed nursing staff 24 hours a day.
We offer a number of convenient services to our residents at no additional charge, like personal laundry service on a daily basis, and three delicious meals every day. We can accommodate both regular diets and special diets ordered by a physician in our dining area, and a registered Dietician assesses the dietary needs of our residents monthly. Assistance with eating is provided as needed.
In-house barber and beauty services are available for all residents, all rooms have cable T.V. connections at no extra charge (as well as a number of other amenities), and we offer a variety of social activities, including worship services, bingo, movies, and special event parties. One-on-one activities are provided for those unable to attend group events.
